5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may incur a cancellation fee. Pathway Options reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions and will provide a full refund or an alternative appointment in such cases.
